Friends

Angel Dust

Angel and Cherri Bomb are close friends and partners in crime. They love to fight in turf wars and they protect each other if they are in danger of getting hurt. According to Cherri, Angel is her favorite guy to party with. His well being is important to her, which is why she accepts his decision to stay at the Hazbin Hotel, as he seems content being there.

In the ADDICT music video, Cherri can be seen, in flashbacks, comforting Angel through some of his trauma, and stayed by his side as he cried.It seems she is, so far, the only person he trusts to such degree.

In "Welcome to Heaven" Cherri decided to hang out with Angel after reading texts on how stressed he is with his job. After Charlie gave Cherri a lot of cash, she brings Angel and the others to a bar to drink and have fun. Cherri and Angel drank a lot of shots and was a bit annoyed at Angel for not taking the drugs she offered or keep on looking after Niffty. Despite finding the Hotel’s purpose stupid, she still supports Angel regardless and said he can call her anytime he wants to hang out.

In "The Show Must Go On", she expressed excitement on fighting along side Angel in their big battle against Adam and the Excorists. After the battle, she helped Angel finds Fat Nuggets under the rubble of the destruction of the hotel and was happy that they were able to find to him.

Overlords

Valentino

Cherri appears to hold a strong dislike for Valentino, presumably because he abused Angel Dust. This is supported by the ADDICT music video, where she is seen blowing up billboards and other advertisem*nts with Valentino's face and business involved. In "Welcome to Heaven" Cherri quietly called Valentino a “f*cking dickhe*d”, after slapping Angel and vowing to make the next day of work horrible for him after Angel stood up to him.

Hazbin Hotel staff

Charlie Morningstar

While the two only interact briefly in "Welcome to Heaven", Cherri seems amused by her naivety, but is opposed to bringing the rest of the Hazbin Hotel staff with her to the club until Charlie offers her money.

In "The Show Must Go On", Charlie states that although Cherri is not staying at the hotel to get redeemed, she's staying to participate in the war against the angelic legions. After the battle, Cherri, along with the others, attempt to comfort her as she walks through the destruction. Afterwards, Cherri participates in encouraging Charlie to fulfill her destiny and then helping rebuild the hotel.

Others

Sir Pentious

The two are seen engaging in a turf wars against each other over territory in the pilot. Unlike Sir Pentious, who considers her his mortal arch-enemy, Cherri does not take Sir Pentious' threats seriously, mocking him for his age and humiliating him whenever she can.

Sir Pentious appears to have a crush on her as he tries to impress her and attempts to buy her drinks. He also asks her if she wanted to "do a sex" with him. At first, Cherri was seem to dislike his attitude, but as time progressed she got used to it, even finding it cute. Cherri is flattered by Sir Pentious' attempted confession and was interested when Angel told her that Pentious had two dicks.

In "The Show Must Go On", they share a kiss which Cherri calls "hot". After General Pentious is vaporized by Adam, Cherri looks shocked and distraught. She and the other members of the hotel honor Pentious' memory by performing a painting as a general in front of the rebuilt hotel.

Tom Trench

Although the two are not seen interacting directly, Tom makes a comment about Cherri during a morning broadcast on 666 News, stating he'd "sure like to nail her hot spot", playing off one of his co-host's previous remarks.

Unnamed one-eyed demon

In the ADDICT music video, a figure is seen in Cherri's verse having only one eye and wearing what appears to be an old style suit, bearing a striking resemblance to the Demon Hunter, a character from Vivziepop's previous project, ZooPhobia.

Although it is unknown what kind of relationship they have in the current version of the series, in the ADDICT music video it was implied that Cherri at some point in the past had fallen in love with him.^[1] In an old illustration Vivziepop had commissioned from another artist, the artist referred to the art as a "couple commission",^[2] which may imply the pair were in a romantic relationship, at least in that version of their characters.
